Ambulances will be on standby along VVIP routes to ensure immediate assistance in case of emergencies. The IT Ministry has pledged to make the summit a sustainable and inclusive event by implementing eco-friendly practices such as plastic-free and paperless operations, digital registrations, composting of food waste, NGO food distribution, and support for people with disabilities.
